Patronato Inca USA, Corp  is a not-for-profit organisation set up decades ago acting as chapter of the Italian Patronato Inca with the support of the biggest Italian trade union confederation (CGIL) to assist the Italian community in the USA, their family members, any USA resident who previously worked in Italy, welfare benefits claims, consular matters and other issues related to living in another Country as an immigrant.

We act as intermediaries between citizens and the American and Italian welfare and diplomatic institutions (e.g. SSA, Inps -Italian pension service, Consulates etc.) providing assistance either face-to-face, online, via telephone, e-mail or post through our network of offices and helpdesks in Melville, Rutheford, Cape Coral and more. We also organise informative, community or cultural events.

We are linked to “sisters” Inca associations around the world (in every Country with a consistent Italian community) through our network supported by the non for profit association ITACA (Italian and Transnational Association for Communities Abroad), whose main mission is to protect the rights of migrants worldwide by promoting their social, cultural and linguistic integration in the chosen Country of residence.
